Policies

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call or email Iciis Fiore within 5 days at info@iciis.com with the reason of the return. We will then direct you step by step of the return process.

Returns resulting from defects or mishandled merchandise will be given store credit, exchanged, or refunded after the product has been returned and received by Iciis Fiore. The product must be received within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Customers will not be charged shipping for exchanged products.

Requests for refunds not resulting from defective or mishandled merchandise will be subject to a 15% or higher restocking fee. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and in the original packaging. Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer.

All sale items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
