Frequently Asked Questions

How can I view the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order is processed (within 1-2 business days) you will receive a tracking number via email. You will be able to track your order with this tracking number via UPS or USPS.

What are your shipping costs?
The shipping cost is determined on how fast you want your merchandise delivered. After selecting your product, there will be an option to select the length in time to receive your order at a set price for each selection. We use UPS and USPS for our shipping methods.

What if my merchandise is damaged when I receive it?
Returns resulting from defects or mishandled merchandise will be exchanged, refunded, or given store credit. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
